Flavorite Update  

As part of an increasing commitment to the hydroponic tomato market in Sydney and New South Wales, Flavorite have opened a packing shed and distribution centre in St Mary's Industrial Centre, West Sydney.

 

 

There is a large coolroom able to accommodate 300 pallets of fruit and a grading machine to pack single premium tomatoes. Trusses will be graded manually.

 

 

The complex has plenty of room to expand and will be used to ensure fruit is at the right temperature for distribution to our Sydney outlets.

 

 

Fruit from the Sydney Basin, Bundaberg, Adelaide and Melbourne will be processed through the centre.

 

Flavorite's goal is to lift the quality bar throughout New South Wales by applying the same principals that we have used successfully in Victoria:

 

- Controlled environment packing area to prolong shelf life

 

- Refrigerated pickup and delivery service to ensure all Quality Assurance and Product Enhancement requirements are met

 

- Ongoing consultancy and support for growers to produce the Flavorite tomato, the premium hydroponic tomato in Australia, supported by Horst Sjostedt, one of the World's leading growers.

 

- Marketing support and assistance from the Australia wide distribution network of the Flavorite marketing team led by Michael and Warren Nichol.

 

- Provision of growing assistance by supplying trained staff to manage farms for agreed periods of time

 

- Provision of tomato plants to get your investment started
