Sydney Warehouse Takes Shape
The compac grader is in action in the recently constructed warehouses in Dunhered Circuit at St Mary's in the western suburbs just off the M4.
The new racking system has been installed to bury cool room capacity to 350 pallets so that all fruit can be delivered at the best possible temperature 13 degrees celsius.
The warehouse will be a staging post for Queensland produce into Sydney outlets to ensure all tomatoes meet the strict temperature requirements demanded by our customers. Local fruit will be packed and broken down into orders in the managed environment to achieve maximum shelf life.
