Stir-fry or stuffed with great fillings, barbecues, salad or in a snacking platter with dips.
Capsicums contain more Vitamin C than oranges, broccoli or kiwi fruit. (especially the red capsicum)
All capsicums are also a great source of vitamin A, dietary fibre, vitamin E, B6 and folate.
Store capsicums in your refrigerator crisper drawer to ensure they keep tasting great.
In the fridge, raw capsicums will last 1 to 2 weeks. Make sure capsicums are dry before you pop them into the crisper drawer.
