Baked Feta Pasta



  • 3 x 250g packs of Flavorite Cherry Truss Tomatoes

  • 1 block feta

  • 280g pasta

  • 3 tbs olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 1 handful fresh basil leaves

  • Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced.

  2. Place tomatoes and garlic in a large, shallow baking tray. Place block of feta in the centre of the tray, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes or until feta starts to brown.

  3. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to packet instructions.

  4. Remove tray from oven and using a fork, crush feta, tomatoes and garlic. Add drained pasta and toss to combine. Scatter over basil leaves and serve.
