COOK OR CREATE
Basil Cream Cheese Bruschetta
1 packet of Flavorite Cherry Burst tomatoes
½ red onion finely chopped
½ cup basil leaves, finely shredded
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tbs olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 thick slices ciabatta, or similar
125g spreadable cream cheese
Combine the tomatoes, onion, basil, balsamic, oil and seasonings. Mix well.
Under a hot grill, toast the bread slices until golden.
Spread cream cheese over each slice of toast, top with tomato mixture and serve.
