Blueberry Yoghurt Popsicles



  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup milk

  • 4 tbs honey

  • 1 cup Flavorite or Pacific Blue blueberries


  1. Pour milk into yogurt gradually and mix. You can increase or decrease the amount of milk depending on the thickness of the Greek yogurt you are using. Just make sure it’s loose enough to spoon into the molds.

  2. Add in honey and mix. Taste it and decide if you like the sweetness. You might want to increase it if you like it sweeter.

  3. Place blueberries on the bottom of molds, share half the yogurt mixture, toss in some more blueberries. Place the sticks in each mold. Divide the rest of yogurt mixture into molds and finally top with blueberries gently pressing on each.

  4. Freeze for about 5 hours or overnight
