Cherry Tomato and Garlic Green Bean Salad



  • 800g green beans

  • 250g pack of Flavorite Cherry Truss tomatoes, halved

  • 1 small brown onion, diced

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 2 tbs olive oil

  • Coriander


  1. Place cherry tomatoes, oil, garlic and onion into a bowl and mix well.

  2. Put mixture into frypan and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until tomatoes are soft. Keep juices from frypan to drizzle over salad.

  3. While tomatoes are cooking, add beans to a saucepan of boiling water and boil for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Refresh beans under cold running water and drain well.

  4. Toss beans with tomatoes, place into serving bowl, drizzle with juices from frypan and garnish with coriander.
