COOK OR CREATE
1 brick unsalted butter, softened
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
2 tbs minced shallot or onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
