Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 brick unsalted butter, softened

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley

  • 2 tbs minced shallot or onion

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.

  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
